  • Conduct site meetings, toolbox talks and coordination meetings with subcontractors and inspectors.
  • Review drawings, specifications and RFIs to ensure proper field execution.
  • Inspect work in progress to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Track construction progress and provide regular updates to project leadership.
  • Coordinate inspections, testing and punch list activities through project completion.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Business or equivalent level of experience
  • 7-10 years of experience supporting construction, engineering, or industrial project execution in roles such as Project Administrator, Project Specialist, or Project Manager.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate engineering teams, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal building codes, including mechanical, electrical, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, ensuring full compliance throughout all phases of construction.
  • Experience working in environments involving Hazardous Production Materials (HPM), with a solid understanding of safety protocols, regulatory requirements, handling procedures, and risk mitigation best practices.
  • Strong experience managing project documentation, schedules, change orders, purchase orders, and contract compliance.
  • Experience tracking project risk, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget performance.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Working knowledge of construction safety practices and quality-control processes.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills in multi-discipline project environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting projects in industrial manufacturing or semiconductor facility environments, including coordination with engineering teams, quality control, and documentation requirements typical of high-tech production facilities.
