The Opportunity:
As a project management spe cia list, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, a project management spe cia list who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.
On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs. You'll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Office and Maven Smart Systems and regular interactions with cross functional teams across the Navy and Joint Service.

You Have:
  • Experience working with operational military units and fielding Robotic and Autonomous Systems ( RAS ) to meet mission needs
  • Experience planning and coordinating RAS training and operational exercises
  • Knowledge of Robotic and Autonomous Systems, including platforms delivering kinetic or non-kinetic effects, and their integration into military operations
  • Ability to develop and implement training plans that ensure the effective use of robotic and autonomous systems
  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt in dynamic, high-pressure operational environments
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering Management, Military Studies, or 5+ years of experience working with Robotic and Autonomous Systems in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience in research, develop ment, testing, and evaluation ( RDT & E ) of RAS technologies
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies such as Artifi cia l Intelligence ( AI ) , Machine Learning ( ML ) , and autonomous systems applied in defense or operational settings
  • Knowledge of defense acquisition frameworks and processes across U.S. or multinational military organizations
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Operational or management certification s, such as Project Management Professional ( PMP ) or emerging defense technologies certification s

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
