Job Overview:
Pay Range $65hr - $75hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Strong manufacturing experience and practical knowledge of robotics and maintenance.
- Experience with CAD or similar modeling software.
- Experience with spec development.
- Experience creating A3 and/or Ringi documents for equipment procurement.
- 2+ years of project management experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support evaluation of equipment project proposals, including process and equipment capability assessments.
- Develop strategies and lead implementation for North XX equipment deployment and standardization projects.
- Create presentations and reports to communicate project status and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Become an expert in multiple paint shop technologies and systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
- Develop standards and improve specifications for equipment, ensuring compliance and cross-NAM standardization.
- Lead specifications and development processes.
Nice to Have:
- PLC experience and knowledge.
- Conveyor experience and knowledge.
- MSRC and or Machine Risk Analysis Experience.
- Experience with new model introduction processes.
- Experience with paint shop booths, ovens, abatement systems, air houses, and enclosures.
- Experience in equipment maintenance.
- Experience in automation and/or robot programming.
- Experience with vision system evaluation, programming, and use cases.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent experience in a technical role.
