Job Description:

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in UiPath and broader software development with strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. You will be responsible for delivering innovative, scalable, and secure RPA solutions that meet business needs across the agency.

Responsibilities:

·Design and implement scalable RPA solutions using UiPath for complex, enterprise-level applications.

·Lead end-to-end automation lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

·Provide architectural direction and technical leadership to the RPA development team.

·Guide the team in adopting best practices in RPA design, development, and deployment.

·Mentor and support junior RPA developers; review code and ensure quality and compliance with standards.

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, senior developers, business analysts, and executive stakeholders.

·Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities; recommend tools and strategies to optimize efficiency.

·Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and operational procedures.

·Implement DevOps practices for RPA projects, including CI/CD, automated testing, and version control using tools such as GitHub.

·Oversee Orchestrator setup, configuration, and bot administration.
