Robot Weld Technician - Level I
Shelbyville, KY | Direct Hire| Mid-shift| Great Opportunity
We are seeking a Robot Weld Technician - Level I to support robotic welding operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and performing basic maintenance on robotic welding equipment while supporting production teams and continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate has hands on experience with robotic welding, fixtures, and GMAW processes, and enjoys working cross functionally with Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality. This position also provides opportunities to train operators, assist with process improvements, and support cost reduction and quality initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of related experience in robotic welding or manufacturing preferred
  • Experience with robotics, tooling, fixtures, and gas metal arc welding is a plus
