Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct tool evaluations and feasibility studies to select appropriate Automation tools for RPA (UiPath or Automation Anywhere) implementation in ERP (Intuit, etc.) and Cloud-based solutions.
Identify various use cases, prioritize user journeys, and develop custom service offerings in Microsoft Cloud and Google Cloud. Manage AS-IS and TO-BE backlogs of work.
Create process models, documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and maintaining up-to-date documentation. Assist in vendor identification, create Requests for Information (RFIs), evaluate responses, and help develop Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Develop detailed Business Process Specifications, technical specifications, workflows, and implement solutions through custom programming, BPM products, and RPA tools based on Business Requirements.
Gather requirements from internal and external users, analyze needs, and develop a comprehensive digital transformation plan using UI/UX technologies (JSP, XML, HTML, CSS, NodeJS, JavaScript).
Create and maintain Cloud Migration Blueprints according to customer specifications, incorporating these frameworks into Custom Apps on the Cloud for automated solutions.
Design, configure, and manage Cloud Servers for Continuous Integration of necessary tools for day-to-day operations.
Develop and maintain database content for various logging databases hosted on Cloud servers.
Perform detailed analyses of business and technical requirements, determining functional technical specifications needed to migrate existing systems to Cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, and Google Cloud Platform).
Work closely with clients and consultants to gather technical requirements, analyze, and document these needs.
Conduct fit-gap analyses of existing system architecture, understanding Statements of Work (SOW), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Technology Management Plans.
Administer Cloud Control Panels by assigning user permission levels and configuring anonymous access with proper approvals.
Prepare comprehensive training documentation for end-user training on Cloud-integrated Applications and Services. Provide ongoing support and training for business users in their daily operations.
Research the latest BPM, Cloud Tools, and RPA technologies, presenting findings to management to facilitate informed decision-making.
Analyze and modify discovery models and process maps using enterprise architecture tools to align with business objectives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital transformation and cloud migration projects.
Proficiency in Cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, and Google Cloud Platform.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and document requirements.
Experience with database management, data-driven analysis, and business process modeling.
Familiarity with UI/UX technologies (JSP, XML, HTML, CSS, NodeJS, JavaScript) and automation tools like UiPath and Automation Anywhere.
Excellent documentation, training, and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
