Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the consulting team to support end-to-end automation consulting engagements for clients, understanding their business goals, challenges, and opportunities.
  2. Implement solutions accurately according to design documents and technical direction
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT teams, and developers, to implement automation projects effectively.
  4. Conduct testing and quality assurance of automation solutions, identifying and addressing any issues or bugs to ensure smooth performance.
  5. Support the monitoring and evaluation of implemented automation projects, collecting data and metrics to assess the impact on business outcomes.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest automation trends, technologies, and industry developments, contributing to the continuous improvement of our consulting practices.
  7. Collaborate with senior consultants to develop project plans, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  8. Contribute to the documentation of automation processes, technical specifications, and user manuals to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.
  9. Guide associate level consultants in coding practices.
  10. Lead requirement-gathering sessions, development & presentation of SDDs.
  11. Present well-formulated push-papers or use cases to business stakeholders.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications or additional training in automation or process improvement are a plus.
  2. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, with a passion for automation and its potential to transform businesses.
  3. Familiarity with automation technologies, such as robotic process automation (RPA), intelligent process automation (IPA), and workflow automation.
  4. Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or VB.NET, with the ability to develop and customize automation workflows and scripts.
