NOW HIRING – RICHMOND, VA

Pay: Based on Experience (BOE)

$45/Day Per Diem (Days Worked)
Hotel Accommodations Provided
Travel Reimbursement Available (Up to 500 Miles)
Overtime Available

3rd shift

Premier Staffing Solutions is seeking experienced maintenance professionals for a manufacturing facility in Richmond, VA. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing automated production equipment and industrial systems to maximize uptime and production efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Troubleshoot and repair automated production equipment
  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
  • Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
  • Support PLC troubleshooting and automation systems
  • Maintain motors, drives, sensors, servos, and control systems
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
  • Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime
  • Document maintenance activities, repairs, and PM schedules

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with automation systems, PLCs, sensors, and controls preferred
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and industrial equipment
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and production goals

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Manufacturing, assembly, automotive, or industrial production environments
  • Allen Bradley PLCs and automated equipment
  • Root cause analysis and preventative maintenance programs
  • Experience working with robotic or automated systems
