A large government client of ours is seeking an experienced Engineer to join their dynamic team. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline (e.g., computer science, engineering, information technology) and 12 years of related experience, or Master's degree with 10 years of related experience. Experience with people management and development, including performance management and talent development Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate status and present to both customers and program leadership Demonstrated leadership skills and attention to detail, with experience managing and developing technical teams Experience with cloud implementations, software-defined networking, AIOps, and data-driven operations Experience with capability deployment across the full system lifecycle, including design, development, integration, test, and sustainment activities Experience with large-scale cloud native architecture design utilizing industry security standards Currently possess an active Secret security clearance Leadership experience utilizing Agile methodologies Proven track record of developing and implementing technical solutions that meet customer requirements Ability to travel to customer sites ( Preferred Qualifications Top Secret clearance Experience with DoD processes, DoD Cybersecurity accreditation processes, DISA operations, and Cyber Risk Management Processes Experience with SecDevOps processes and cloud migrations Experience with specific technologies, including: AWS GovCloud IL5/IL6 CI/CD Pipelines Robotic Process Automation Application Migrations to the Cloud ServiceNow (TSM, TSOM, and OMT) ELK Stack / Kafka AI/ML-based Automation #CJJOBS Marathon TS is committed to the development of a creative, diverse and inclusive work environment.
