A Taste of What Youโ€™ll Do

As a Platform Developer Associate, you will help shape GALLOโ€™s next generation of AI-powered business solutions while supporting the continued evolution of our intelligent automation capabilities. What Youโ€™ll Need
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree; OR High school diploma or state-issued equivalency certificate plus four years of IT experience.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to travel to company offices, sites, and meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, events, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to any other travel requirements listed in this job description.
How Youโ€™ll Stand Out
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree plus two years of IT experience; or High school diploma or state-issued equivalency certificate plus six years of IT experience.
  • Two or more years of experience developing RPA, intelligent automation, AI-enabled workflows, or comparable automation solutions, including hands-on UiPath development experience.
  • Experience developing or configuring AI-enabled applications, digital assistants, prompt-based experiences, knowledge retrieval solutions, workflow orchestration, and enterprise generative AI platforms such as GalloGPT, Shakudo, n8n, or similar technologies.

  • We offer a broad salary range to allow for long-term growth. Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participate in tasting room tip pools, as applicable.
