Job Summary

We are seeking a Mid-to-Senior Automation Developer / Process Automation Analyst to drive process automation and workflow optimization within the Project & Contract Management organization. This role focuses on eliminating manual processes, improving operational efficiency, and developing scalable automation solutions that support project management and construction-related workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Design, develop, and implement workflow automation solutions.
  • Build automated forms, templates, and project intake workflows.
  • Develop tools that reduce manual data entry and improve process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Lead automation initiatives from concept through implementation with minimal supervision.
  • Support modernization of project initiation, tracking, and reporting processes.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in process automation, workflow development, or software development.
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing automation solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of workflow automation platforms (Power Platform preferred).
