Senior RPA Developer (Blue Prism)
Location: Austin, TX – Hybrid
Duration: 6 months + potential extension
We are seeking an experienced Senior RPA Developer to support a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiative focused on designing, developing, and maintaining intelligent automation and document processing solutions. This role centers on transforming large, complex data sources into structured, actionable outputs that improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a senior-level developer with strong RPA expertise, particularly in Blue Prism, and experience working in fast-paced Agile environments. This position plays a key role in modernizing business processes through automation and advanced document intelligence capabilities.
This role operates in a fast-paced Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban) with strong cross-functional collaboration and a focus on innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development
  • 4+ years of experience specifically with Blue Prism
  • Blue Prism Certification
  • Microsoft Power Platform Developer Certification
  • Experience developing both attended and unattended bots interacting with web applications
  • Strong experience integrating RPA solutions with APIs, RESTful web services, and SQL databases
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured data to generate reports and documents
  • Experience building analytics solutions from complex datasets
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including troubleshooting
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud Flows)
  • Proficiency in Java

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
  • Provide infrastructure support and troubleshooting, particularly within Azure environments
  • Participate in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) ceremonies and continuous improvement efforts
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues and optimize system performance
