Job Overview
We are seeking talented Software Engineers to join our Special Projects Team. In this role, you will contribute to high-impact R&D projects focused on RPA, AI, and Revenue Cycle Management. Reporting to the Engineering Manager for Special Projects, you will have the opportunity to shape novel technical initiatives from initial prototype to full production deployment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop & Implement: Design software solutions supporting RPA, AI, and healthcare automation.
  • Code Quality: Write clean, testable, and maintainable code, primarily in Python.
  • Integrate: Connect AI/ML models, APIs, and healthcare data systems (FHIR, HL7, EDI).
  • Collaborate: Partner with the team to define technical requirements and architecture.
  • Test & Deploy: Conduct unit/integration testing and support deployment via CI/CD and containerization.
  • Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to industry standards, including HIPAA and HITRUST.
Qualifications
Required:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, RPA, AI/ML frameworks, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Healthcare Tech: Experience with healthcare APIs or interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, EDI).
  • Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the USA (No C2C, No Visa Sponsorship).
Preferred:
  • Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to NLP, anomaly detection, or predictive modeling.
  • Background in healthcare automation or RCM systems.
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for solving complex healthcare challenges.
Location & Hours
  • Location: Remote (USA only).
  • Standard Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST.
