Working Model: Hybrid - Tuesday & Wednesday and 1 3rd day in the office
UPDATED: 5+ years of proven industry experience in: Full-stack web application development, Copilot experience ASP.NET, C#.NET, .NET CORE 8, and MVC JavaScript, Python, and jQuery IIS administration
Database Expertise: Mastery of Oracle SQL, preferably Oracle 19c or later.
6-10+ years of experience in automation, including 2+ years of hands-on work with UiPath.
Proven experience in Agentic AI frameworks or tools, integrating autonomous AI agents into enterprise workflows to enhance adaptability and decision-making.
Strong knowledge of OCR, Web Automation, Windows Automation, Email Automation, XML, REST API, and Mainframe command-based automation.
Must have Certifications in UiPath as UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer and UiPath Certified Professional Specialized AI Associate *Experience with MetaBOT and ability to create reference modular, reusable code libraries for development teams.
Ability to design multi-bot processes with modularized code to ensure scalability, reliability and agentic adaptability.
Experience in planning and leading the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of automation projects. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight timelines.
Collaborates with stakeholders as an RPA and Agentic AI Architect, understanding current business processes and leveraging automation and autonomous AI agents to optimize operations.
In-depth experience with the full systems development lifecycle: planning, coding, testing, documentation.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Good to have: proficiency in .NET, Java, JavaScript, or VBScript.
Excellent knowledge of Excel and Macros.
Familiarity with Agile development practices is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Automation experience across multiple ERPs such as ServiceNow, PeopleSoft, Smartsheet, and workflow systems.
