 A day in the life: 

As the Director, SAP Development, you will lead and manage the SAP development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, robust solutions that support business objectives and drive operational excellence. Responsible for all aspects of SAP technical development, including and adherence to clean core, evaluation of technical design and ensuring scalability of solutions deployed.

The impact you'll make:
  • Design, architect and oversee all SAP development activities for multiple project initiatives and application management services (AMS) support.
  • Leverage strong SAP technical subject matter expertise in SAP ABAP, FIORI and BTP to drive technical design solutions and innovations to cater to business requirements.
  • Define, implement, and enforce development standards and best practices for SAP development including clean core
    methodology.
  • Provide strong governance oversight for vendor or AMS-delivered developments. Ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet business requirements and technical standards
  • Demonstrates initiative, teamwork, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global teams across different time zones to achieve project goals.
