The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, define automation strategies, and ensure best practices in deploying scalable and secure Automation Anywhere solutions.

• Lead the end-to-end design and development of enterprise-wide automation solutions.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and develop solution roadmaps.
• Provide technical guidance to developers, ensuring high-quality bot development and integration.
• Oversee bot performance, scalability, and security across multiple environments.
• Ensure automation aligns with enterprise IT architecture, compliance, and governance policies.
• Optimize and refine automation solutions for efficiency, reliability, and maintainability.
• Stay updated on Automation Anywhere advancements and emerging automation trends.
• Mentor and upskill team members on RPA best practices and new technologies.

• 5+ years of experience in Automation Anywhere RPA development and architecture
• Deep expertise in Automation Anywhere Control Room, Bot Insights, IQ Bot, and MetaBots
