About the Role
We're hiring a Robotics Pilot to support hands-on robotics data collection in San Francisco. In this role, you'll operate robotic arms to perform repetitive manipulation tasks involving everyday objects while capturing and labeling the high-quality data used to train AI and robotics models.
You'll work in an onsite lab environment alongside engineering and research teams, helping monitor data quality, identify issues, maintain equipment, and keep daily data collection running smoothly. This role is a strong fit for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable with repetitive hands-on work, and able to maintain focus and consistency throughout an eight-hour shift.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation, including carrying a 5-pound backpack for extended periods.
  • Comfort handling everyday household objects as part of robotics training activities.
  • Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and Google Docs.
  • Strong reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to follow established procedures.
