Job description

The Inventory and Roastery Support role is a cross-functional position within both the roastery and supply chain teams. This role requires managing inventory through various systems, supporting roastery operations, and maintaining communication with suppliers to ensure smooth stock replenishment and quality control.

Responsibilities

  • Track inventory using manual methods, spreadsheets, and software systems
  • Replenish stock and coordinate with suppliers through regular communication
  • Assist with roastery operations and maintain equipment
  • Process orders and manage related data accurately
  • Support quality control efforts
  • Coordinate supplier deliveries and resolve supply chain issues
  • Maintain and report on inventory and operational status

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience in inventory management
  • Proficiency with forklift and pallet jack operation
