Job Overview

We are seeking a Company Driver for our operations in Obetz, OH, with plans for a future terminal in the same location. This position offers the advantage of using company-owned trucks at no cost to you.

Position Details
  • Type: Company Driver
  • Equipment: All trucks are company-owned and well-maintained, specifically 2020 models and newer.
  • Route: Servicing 47 states, excluding California, with a preference to avoid the Northwest during winter months.
  • Work Schedule: Generally two weeks out, based on customer demand; no dedicated routes currently, but efforts are underway to establish more dedicated opportunities through our logistics sister company.
  • Freight: Drop and hook, no touch freight.
  • Home Equipment: Drivers may take home equipment if secure parking is available.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Detention Pay: $25 per hour after 2 hours at the facility.
  • Deadhead Rates: Low mileage rates for fair compensation.
  • Breakdown/Maintenance Pay: $200 per day for any issues while on the road, with a maximum of $1,000 per week.
  • Dispatch: While dispatch is mandatory, we offer flexibility to accommodate home time and varied schedules.
  • Communication: Our dispatch team is highly organized and maintains clear communication.
