Product Trainer - North America

We design and build high-performance, chassis-mounted mechanical sweepers trusted by municipalities, contractors, airports, and industrial operations for their fuel efficiency, reliability, and low cost of ownership. Our growth isn't hype-it's driven by proven products, loyal customers, and a team-first culture.

About the Role

ODRA is seeking an experienced Product Trainer to lead customer, dealer, and internal training initiatives across North America. This field-based role is ideal for someone with road sweeper, municipal equipment, heavy equipment, or commercial fleet experience who enjoys teaching others and building strong customer relationships.

The Product Trainer will be responsible for delivering hands-on equipment training, developing training materials, supporting new product launches, and serving as a trusted technical resource for customers, dealers, operators, and service technicians. They will be an extension of sales and supporting open territories with demos and follow-ups.

Preferred locations: Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; or within proximity to a major airport.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support new equipment deliveries and customer onboarding activities
  • Deliver in-person and virtual training programs for customers, dealers, operators, mechanics, and internal teams
  • Conduct equipment walkarounds, operational demonstrations, and hands-on operator training
  • Train customers on safe operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and best practices
  • Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, videos, guides, and job aids
  • Partner with Sales, Service, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure training content remains current and accurate
  • Travel to customer locations throughout the United States to provide training and product support
  • Assist with trade shows, dealer meetings, customer events, and product demonstrations
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to internal teams
  • Serve as a product knowledge expert and advocate for customer success

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in equipment training, technical training, product support, fleet maintenance, or a related role
  • Direct experience with road sweepers strongly preferred
  • Experience with heavy equipment, municipal equipment, construction equipment, commercial trucks, or fleet operations considered an asset
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and vehicle systems
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage audiences in both classroom and field environments
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently across North America
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Valid passport or ability to travel throughout the United States and Canada without restrictions
