Experienced Delivery Driver (for FedEx Delivery) - FULL TIME (Part Time only on case by case basis)

We have Delivery Driver positions that provides opportunity for teamwork and collaboration. The # of stops are reasonable, and the pay is competitive.

Salary: Daily minimum of $150.00 to $175 depending on route. Starting $150/day per 120 stop threshold. Every stop over the 120th is a dollar added directly to that days pay. (Ex. If you get a route with 87 stops, you'll still make your daily minimum of $150. If you complete a route with 133 stops, you'll make $13 extra on top of your $150, making $163 for that day. Pay scales up as you do more stops. Average drivers deliver up to 140 stops, making ~$180 - $200 daily for a ~5-6 hr day). $175 daily for 100 stop threshold for business routes. Paid every Friday via direct deposit.

We are an Independent Service Provider for FedEx Delivery, seeking experienced, commercial drivers for package delivery and pickup service out of ASHLAND, VA Terminal.

The area we operate is in HENRICO / GLEN ALLEN AREA area serving a very densely populated location with very less miles to driver per day. The terminal is in Ashland VA so if you are near Richmond HENRICO MECHANICSVILLE etc this will be a great job.

· Put Safety first - Always put safety first when you drive - No cell phones, no texting, no speeding, no running lights, no cutting, no road rage. Be a GOOD Safe Driver

· Be Hungry to grow maximize salary potential and be a leader for the team - We look for drivers who can come, settle down, aspire to grow and become a team leader and make more money by contributing more to the company.

Requirements:

· Must be at least 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record

· Must pass criminal background check, drug test, and DOT physical

· Must pass a road test

· No history of revoked or suspended driver's license

· No prior felony convictions, DUI, or DWI

· Have reliable transportation to and from the station

· No more than 2 moving violations on your driving record in the past 3 years

· Be able to safely lift/carry up to 150 lbs. with a hand truck

Daily Duties include but not limited to:

· Perform daily Pre & Post inspection on vehicle

· Work independently and as part of a team

· Provide exceptional customer service

· Accurately operate scanner/effectively track delivery process

· Consistently deliver entire route in a timely manner
