  • Monitor Exams - Supervise sessions to prevent misconduct, enforce rules, and protect testing integrity.
  • Create a Positive Environment - Maintain a quiet, professional, and supportive atmosphere for all test takers.
  • Administer Check-In - Verify identification, explain procedures, and assist with test setup.
  • Provide Technical Support - Assist students with minor technical issues and coordinate with internal support when needed.
  • Stay Attentive - Remain alert and proactive throughout each session to ensure a smooth and fair testing experience.

Our ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule, with availability for various shifts between Monday and Friday, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. This is a part-time position, with expected hours ranging from 15 to 19 per week, and the possibility for additional hours as needed.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1+ year of customer service preferred; prior proctoring/invigilation experience a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to stay focused.
    • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Ability to work flexible shifts and sit for extended periods.
    • Professional, student-centered approach with integrity and accountability
