Earn up to $1,500 for a Full-Time Position
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
  • Monitor patients' conditions, record symptoms and progress, and report significant changes to physicians and healthcare team members.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
  • Adhere to infection control standards, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support patients emotionally and provide counseling when appropriate.
Requirements
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Associate or Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) from an accredited program.
  • Previous clinical experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing practices, medical terminology, and patient care protocols.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
