Vascular Access / PICC Line Nurse (1099 Contractor) – Naples, FL

Are you an experienced Vascular Access Nurse in the Naples area looking for flexibility and uncapped earning potential?

We are seeking highly autonomous PICC specialists to join our mobile vascular access team covering Naples and surrounding communities.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position designed for experienced nurses who want control over their workload and the opportunity to directly increase their income through additional case volume.

Compensation & Flexibility

  • Average Annual Earnings: $90,000–$100,000

  • Top Performer Earnings: $150,000+ (Uncapped)

  • Flexible Case Volume: Daily case volume naturally varies.

  • Control Your Workload: Choose how much you want to work.

  • Uncapped Daily Hustle: Opt into additional coverage when volume is high to maximize earnings.

Coverage Area

Primary Territory: Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Marco Island, and surrounding communities.

The position is field-based and requires local travel to healthcare facilities, clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and patient sites.

Candidates should ideally reside within or directly adjacent to the territory.

What You'll Do

  • Licensure: Active, unrestricted Florida RN License.

  • Credentials: PICC Certification highly preferred.

  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.

  • Mindset: Strong clinical confidence, accountability, reliability, and ability to work independently.
