What You’ll Do

As a Registered Nurse, you will help ensure clients receive safe, high-quality care in accordance with their care plans, medical needs, and applicable state or waiver requirements.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Providing skilled nursing services to individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Delivering medically prescribed care, which may include ventilator care, tracheotomy care, g-tube feedings, medication administration, and first aid
  • Supervising LPNs, caregivers, and other front-line staff
  • Coordinating client care with physicians and other medical providers
  • Monitoring and supporting compliance with care plans, policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Training, coaching, and supporting caregivers and care team members
  • Supporting branch operations and completing other duties as assigned
  • Promoting Help at Home’s mission of helping clients maintain independence and live meaningful lives
