Salary: $75,000 per year plus Sign On Bonus - $3,000

Responsibilities:

  • Works as part of a multi-disciplinary PACT team
  • Provides community based treatment and skills to persons with serious mental illness
  • Responsible for providing medication services, coordinating medical care, and providing case management
Skills:
  • RN License
