Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per policy: Required
- At least two years recent experience in the field: Required
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, coordinating care with other disciplines.
- Collect, analyze, and evaluate patient data to develop appropriate care plans.
- Implement care plans and evaluate progress toward attaining patient health outcomes.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers in a safe and caring environment.
- Provide education and learning opportunities for patients and family members.
