They work in medical spas, dermatology clinics, or plastic surgery practices, performing non-surgical aesthetic procedures under the supervision of a physician. Their role also includes consulting with clients, assessing their needs, and ensuring safe and effective treatment. Job description

Practice
4Ever Young (Gilbert, AZ)
Location
75 E Rivulon Blvd, Gilbert, AZ 85297
Schedule
2 Days Per Week To Start, 3 Days By Fall 2026
Compensation
$40 - $70/hr based on experience and licensure, plus performance-based commission
Employment
Part-Time, W2, On-Site

Step into an aesthetic injector role with a patient book that already exists. The provider currently holding this chair is moving on, and the patients stay, so you start with people on the schedule instead of building from zero. Base pay runs $40 to $70 an hour based on your experience and licensure, with performance-based commission on top, and this Gilbert clinic is open to a Registered Nurse, a Nurse Practitioner, or a Physician Assistant on equal footing.

About The Clinic

4Ever Young Gilbert is locally owned and operated and backed by a nationally recognized brand, which means you get the resources and training of an established system inside a close-knit clinic where the owner is in the business. The clinic sits in Rivulon in south Gilbert and runs aesthetics and wellness side by side, so patients are already used to seeing more than one service on a visit.

The Role

This is an aesthetic injector seat for a provider with a real injectable foundation who wants to hold an established patient base and grow it. You own your consultations and your treatment plans. Education is encouraged and funded, collaboration across the clinical team is the norm, and there is room to help expand what the clinic offers as the book grows.

What You'll Do
  • Run in-depth aesthetic consultations and design comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.
  • Administer neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, PDO threads, and advanced injectables within your training, licensure, and Arizona scope of practice, for balanced and natural results.
  • Bring product depth across the Allergan, Galderma, Evolus, and Merz portfolios, and guide patients through loyalty programs including Alle and Aspire.
  • Educate patients on full-face rejuvenation and how injectable treatments and skin health work together.
  • Collaborate with estheticians, wellness providers, and the front desk to deliver one integrated patient journey.
  • Occasionally administer IV therapy or blood draws. The clinic wants you focused on mastering your specialty, so these come up now and then rather than daily.
  • Keep accurate, timely charting and medical documentation in line with Arizona compliance standards.
  • Take part in company-sponsored continuing education, peer shadowing, and advanced training.

Requirements
Must-Haves
  • Active, unrestricted Arizona license as a Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Registered Nurse (RN).
  • 2+ years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
  • A track record of patient retention in an aesthetics setting.
  • Experience recognizing and managing injectable complications.
  • Accurate, timely charting and medical documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and consultative communication, strong enough to run a treatment-plan conversation end to end.
Strong Advantages
  • Certified laser technician or laser provider. The clinic is adding laser services early next year.
  • Three or more years injecting, with filler work across lips, cheeks, chin, and jawline alongside biostimulators.
  • Regenerative therapy experience: PRP, PRF, PDGF, microneedling, or hair restoration.
  • Familiarity with wellness modalities such as peptides, GLP-1s, IV therapy, or hormone replacement.
  • Hands-on experience with threads and biostimulators specifically, not tox and filler alone.
  • Familiarity with patient financing such as CareCredit or Cherry.
  • A patient following that would travel with you, or trainer-level credibility on a named product line.

Benefits
Compensation
  • Base pay: $40 to $70 per hour, based on your experience and your licensure.
  • Performance-based commission on top of base. The structure is walked through during the interview process.
Perks
  • Profit-sharing retirement plan, paid time off, and paid sick leave, with eligibility based on hours worked.
  • Company-paid hands-on training, with advanced training a focus regardless of where you are starting from.
  • Generous employee discounts on aesthetic and wellness services.
Schedule

This role begins part-time with an established client base you will inherit and nurture, and there is a clear path to full-time hours as the clinic's growth continues. You start at two days per week, moving to three days by fall 2026. A part-time start suits an injector who wants a defined aesthetic day alongside another position, and it suits a provider who wants to grow into more hours here.

Why This Role
  • You inherit patients instead of building a book from zero.
  • Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, and Physician Assistant are all genuinely in scope here.
  • Education is funded, not just encouraged.
  • Part-time to start, with a clear path to full-time hours.
  • Locally owned and operated, with a national brand behind the clinic.
Our Story

4Ever Young was founded because someone was willing to ask a radical question: what if you could look forward to the aging process? The brand started in Boca Raton, Florida in 2014 and has grown into a national franchise network built on that idea. Advanced medical aesthetics, hormone optimization, IV therapy, and medical weight management sit under one roof, so patients get a plan built around where they actually are rather than a menu of disconnected treatments. The work is not about treating symptoms. It is about helping patients hold onto vitality.
