Do you have what it takes?
We are seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in medical aesthetics. The ideal candidate is mature, personable, energetic, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting. You build rapport easily with patients, colleagues, and providers, and you are genuinely people-focused.
Responsibilities:
  • For NPs, conduct in-clinic Good Faith Exams (GFE) when required and within licensure
  • Perform comprehensive consultations and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team
  • Deliver safe, effective, and clinically superior treatments while providing exceptional patient care
  • Administer injectable treatments, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and biostimulators, along with other aesthetic services
  • Provide continuity of care through follow-up, patient communication, and ongoing treatment management
  • Educate patients on procedures, skincare, products, aftercare, and long-term maintenance
  • Accurately document all consultations, treatments, and care plans in the EMR
  • Complete timely and thorough post-procedure follow-up
  • Support clinic initiatives to enhance brand awareness and patient engagement
  • Maintain knowledge of laser and light-based therapies; interest in medical-grade skincare is an asset
  • Adhere to all clinical protocols, infection control standards, OSHA requirements, and regulatory guidelines

Requirements:
  1. Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse in the state of Arizona
  1. For NP applicants, a Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and active board certification
  1. Current BLS or ACLS certification
  1. Advanced experience with injectables, lasers, and aesthetic procedures preferred
  1. Minimum of three years of experience administering cosmetic injections, with documented training and certification
  1. Strong communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills
