Job Summary and Qualifications

โ€‹The Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹ 

What qualifications you will need:

  • Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursingโ€‹
  • 2+ years applicable experience โ€‹ in management or leadership role in an acute care setting required
