Shorter contracts will not be considered. ** MUST HAVE FOR ALL SUBMISSIONS ** Resume or CV (No gaps) Copy of Education or transcripts with Prime Source Verification (PSV) from National Student Clearing House or agency attestation. Copy of nursing license and Prime Source Verification (PSV). BLS NPDB data sheet - MUST BE SIGNED BY CANDIDATE (attached with the PWS) ** PLEASE MAKE NOTE THIS IS AN SCA POSITION. Suppliers must comply with the SCA rules and regulations according to 2015-4539 r23 Please review the Wage Determination at SAM.gov. ** Legal Authorization to Work in the United States: HCWs performing under this contract must be a U.S. Citizen.
