Compensation:

$90,000 - $95,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Provide compassionate and personalized care to our elderly residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Monitor and assess residents' health status, promptly addressing any changes or concerns.
  • Train and supervise staff to administer medications and treatments accurately, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness strategies.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Participate in continuous professional development to stay current with nursing best practices and innovations.
  • Complete psychotropic reviews, skin assessments, and ensure all medications are in the facility as prescribed.
  • Provide disciplinary action, including education and re-training, as it pertains to medication administration.
  • Attend meetings and trainings as required.
