POSITION: RN Director of Nursing 
Senior Spirit of Roselle Park, LLC - Medical Day Care Center, is seeking a Full Time, Bi-Lingual Spanish/English speaking highly motivated individual to join our team.   We take pride in our newly renovated facility and our high energy working environment that includes an excellent benefit package. This position does not require weekends or evenings hours.  
Under the direction of the Administrator, the Director of Nursing shall be responsible for the implementation and coordination of the medical care given at the Center, in addition to managing our LPN & CNA staff, which are the core goals and responsibilities. 
The qualified candidates primary responsibilities will be monitoring and reporting changes in patient symptoms or behavior, coordinate admission and discharge procedures, communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care, and facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities.
Prior experience in the Adult Medical Day Care fields;  such as working in elder care and with disabled individuals would be highly beneficial.  Managerial skills, such as time management, staff meetings and scheduling is experience is imperative. 
REQUIREMENTS
· Licensed RN in the State of New Jersey
· Valid NJ Driver’s License
