3 years CVOR circulating experience
Scrubbing experience preferred
Description:
Highly-skilled, experienced staff are required to circulate in a fast-paced, complex environment.
Daily operations involve a high acuity, nationally-recognized Cardiovascular and Thoracic program.
Candidates must be able to work with approximately 25 surgeons regularly.
Key responsibilities include the ability to apply general CVOR knowledge to different surgical procedures.
Common cases include CABG, MVR, AVR, kidney transplants, robotics, peripheral vascular, thoracic, aortic repair, vascular access, hybrid procedures, Impella, IABP, and ECMO.
Staff will be required to participate in mandatory call and weekend requirements.
High adaptability and a strong background in Cardiovascular Operating Room operations are essential.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to thrive in a collaborative team-based environment.
