What You Will Do
To improve the quality of life of patients and families by coordinating patient care processes of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in collaboration with the patient, family, physician, and appropriate support services.

  • ENT clinic, rooming patients, obtaining clinical assessment on patients
  • Coordinate comprehensive patient assessments
  • Work with physicians to analyze assessments to determine nursing diagnoses and outcomes
  • Develop and update interdisciplinary plans of care
  • Implement patient care interventions in alignment with standards
  • Follow up with patient for post-operative visits and care plans
  • Perform other duties as assigned
