The Case Management Team Lead reports to the Director of Case Management and/or Manager of Case Management. Minimum Training, Education and Licensure

Bachelor's degree in Nursing and two years’ case management work experience required; Master’s Degree Preferred. Licensure as a registered nurse by the state of South Carolina or compact state required. Case Management Society of America(CSMA) or Americian Case Management Association(ACMA) certification preferred. Must obtain certification within 1 year, if not currently certified.

OR Master’s Degree in Social Work and licensure by South Carolina LLC; Supervisory experience preferred. Case Management Society of America(CSMA) or Americian Case Management Association(ACMA) certification preferred. Must obtain certification within 1 year, if not currently certified.
