Position Overview
The Nurse Injector (RN or NP) delivers exceptional patient care through injectable treatments such as neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other non-surgical procedures. The Nurse Practitioner will also support Aveli treatments and post-procedure follow-ups.
Reports To: Ancillary Clinical Director
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform injectable treatments (neurotoxins, dermal fillers) in alignment with CAPS' standards of care.
  • Conduct thorough consultations, health histories, and treatment documentation.
  • Review treatment plans and case notes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Partner with the Ancillary Clinical Director and COO on clinical operations and development initiatives.
  • Participate in vendor-led and internal training for ongoing skill advancement.
  • Manage patient care plans, follow-ups, and rebooking to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Uphold OSHA and infection control standards within the treatment area.
  • Support departmental objectives, meetings, and growth initiatives.
  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and integrity in all patient interactions.
Qualifications
  • Active RN or NP license in the state of Ohio (required).
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on injection experience in a medical or aesthetics practice.
  • Strong technical proficiency with neuromodulators and fillers.
