Location: Yonkers, NY (Full time, Onsite role)
Compensation Range: $60-$70/hr.

About the Role:
We are seeking a Risk Management Program (RMP) Professional to join our team on a client project in Yonkers, NY
Role & Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage the Risk Management/Process Safety Management, Quality Assurance and Quality Control Program throughout all phases of construction.
  • Serve as the primary RMP/PSM specialist responsible for overseeing all compliance, safety, and management-of-change (MOC) activities related to the project.
  • Identify potential MOC-related work and coordinate with the Construction Manager and Owner prior to submission and approval of MOC documentation.
  • Participate in monthly progress meetings, weekly Construction Manager (CM) EHS meetings, and coordination meetings related to RMP/PSM activities.
  • Review project schedules proactively to identify upcoming impacts, operational changes, and potential issues related to RMP/PSM compliance.
  • Ensure full implementation and documentation of the RMP Quality Control Plan and all associated quality assurance activities.
  • Notify the Construction Manager and Owner of upcoming major RMP quality assurance events requiring attendance or oversight.
  • Coordinate activities of quality assurance personnel and ensure effective execution of inspection and compliance activities.
  • Monitor, verify, and maintain all RMP/PSM-related documentation and ensure records are available upon request.
  • Ensure compliance with all required RMP/PSM training programs and site safety requirements.
  • Conduct audits of inspections, testing activities, and contractor work to verify compliance with applicable standards, OSHA regulations, and contractual requirements.
  • Provide support for work performed outside normal business hours as required by the Owner or designated representatives.
Skills, Education, and Experience Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar RMP/PSM role on industrial, process safety, or hazardous material-related projects.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing Management of Change (MOC) procedures and conducting pre-startup safety reviews/checks.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Program (RMP) compliance requirements.
  • Experience conducting process safety hazard analyses as per 1910.119(e)
  • Valid OSHA 30 certification within the last 5 years.
  • Strong understanding of construction quality assurance, safety compliance, inspections, and documentation management.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to work collaboratively with Owners, Construction Managers, and project teams.
