What is an RMO job?

An RMO (Resident Medical Officer) is a medical professional who provides continuous patient care in a hospital or healthcare facility. They assist senior doctors, monitor patients, and respond to medical emergencies. RMOs play a crucial role in diagnosing, treating, and managing patient conditions under supervision. Their responsibilities may vary depending on the hospital and specialty.

RMOs often work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, to provide 24/7 patient care in hospitals.
