We are currently looking for: AUXILIARY NURSE Under the authority of the nurse head of unit or the nurse in charge, the holder of this position participates in the provision of a range of nursing care in collaboration with the care team. She contributes to the assessment of the resident's state of health and the implementation of the intervention plan, provides nursing and well-being care, nursing and medical treatments according to delegated acts, with the aim of maintaining the health, restore it and prevent disease. She participates in teaching residents and their loved ones. Depending on the work context, she may be called upon to coordinate the activities of a group of employees while carrying out her role as a practical nurse. Being part of our team means contributing daily to the continuous improvement of residents' living environments. It is also about providing a human, safe, organized and dynamic customer experience for residents and their loved ones, in collaboration with a dedicated team of health professionals.
