Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and diagnoses of clients.
  • Develop, implement, and assess individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Maintain a consistent caseload of at least 27 client visits per week, ensuring high-quality care and ongoing support.
  • Document all clinical interactions, including treatment plans, progress notes, and case reviews, in accordance with company policy, ensuring timeliness and precision.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with case managers, families, and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
  • Participate actively in clinical staff meetings and ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and share insights.
  • Utilize innovative therapeutic strategies to help clients meet and exceed their treatment goals.
  • Contribute positively to the organizational culture by promoting teamwork and sharing ideas.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client base, including children and adolescents experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and familial conflicts. You will also have opportunities to conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, enhancing the therapeutic experience through Telehealth platforms. Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Valid LMFT license in Virginia.
  • Proven experience in completing clinical documentation, including psychological assessments and treatment planning.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries and demonstrate empathy in client relationships.
  • Familiarity with a diverse clientele and cultural competency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems, preferably Valant.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks as a part of the hiring process.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in community mental health settings is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
