We are looking for a highly motivated Swimming Pool Service Technician.
Apply if you:

- Have the desire to advance in your career path.50% of our service technicians started as maintenance technicians.
- Enjoy working outdoors and serving customers.
- Take pride in your work.
- Can provide good customer service.
- Are at least 21 years old with a valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Residential Appliance Installer preferred.
Crystal Clear Custom Pools provides:
- Company truck and fuel.
- Training and steady employment throughout the year.
- All parts/supplies to complete work.
- A permanent W2 position, not a 1099 subcontractor.
Position Description:
- Visiting our customer’s residence to perform repairs and replace pool equipment.
- Providing excellent customer service and technical expertise to our clients.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of two-year pool experience.
- Need to be a motivated, self-starter who enjoys working independently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Occasional overtime and Saturday work during peak seasonal periods.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- *****Residential Appliance Installer License (RAIL) preferred.
- ****$1000.00 Sign on Bonus with a RAIL.
- Ideal candidates must be dependable, hard-working and have at least 2 years of experience, must be in good physical health and able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs. A valid Texas driver’s license and clear driving record.
