Riverbend Community Mental Health-a trusted leader in New Hampshire's behavioral health community-is seeking a passionate, compassionate, and dedicated Child & Family Therapist to join our growing Child & Family team. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact by providing high-quality, trauma-informed, and family-centered services to children, adolescents, and their support systems.

As a Child & Family Therapist, you will go beyond the traditional office setting by meeting children and families where they are-whether that is in their homes, schools, community settings, or other environments where meaningful change occurs. You will become an essential part of a collaborative team dedicated to providing integrated, person-centered behavioral health care. Through assessment, treatment planning, individual and family therapy, and coordination with caregivers and community partners, you will help create positive outcomes for children and families navigating mental health challenges.

What You'll Do:
  • Empower Families: Provide high-quality individual, family, and/or group therapy using evidence-based practices that work.
  • Be a Clinical Advocate: Offer expert consultation, case management, and crisis intervention when families need it most. Complete clinical assessments and individual/family-centered treatment planning.
  • Meet People Where They Are: Deliver flexible, community-based care that breaks down barriers to mental health

Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • Community Based: Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or a related field is required.
  • Eligibility for or actively holding licensure in New Hampshire as an LCMHC, LICSW, or LMFT is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance with minimum coverage of 100,00/300,00 are essential.
  • Ability to work one to two evening hours per week.
  • A heart for community-based work and a belief in the resilience of children.
