Job description

JOB SUMMARY: 

Responsible for a wide range of risk management duties with oversight on client compliance requirements in the commercial safety portals, subcontractor management with Shermco and Veriforce, RFP response, questionnaires, insurance compliance and general client inquiries. In some cases, this work will include the creation of Non-Disclosure Agreements and Master Subcontractor Service Agreements.  Identify best practices associated with the risk management process to continually look to increase efficiency.

This role is onsite 4 days a week 1 day remote. 


Risk Mitigation and Client Responses:

  • Open and track all client questionnaires, RFPs, profiles and related non-legal documents to completion using Sales Force automation
  • Review all contractual documents associated with bids and RFPs, working with the Contracts Team when necessary
  • Store all in-progress and completed documentation on Risk SharePoint site
  • Maintain and improve upon master questionnaire document by comparing responses on new documents to existing master.  Circulate master document for review twice a year to secure updated responses due to changing compliance requirements and track effort in SalesForce
  • Track all open items, even those assigned to vendor via Sales Force case and report weekly on in progress and completed work.
  • Document all risk-related items handled in Salesforce.
  • Serve as an “as-needed” backup for other members of EHS-Risk
  • Issue Key Contacts quarterly
  • Other duties may be added as the role develops and evolves.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum 7 -10 years' experience within risk management and / or compliance.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Supervisory and strategic planning experience preferred
  • Experience with Environmental, Health and Safety portals preferred
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, with competing priorities.
