The Change Management Governance Analyst provides operational and governance support for the Service Management Governance organization with primary focus on Change Management Governance and secondary support for Incident and Problem Management Governance functions
This role serves as a key coordinator across governance processes driving actionitem management stakeholder engagement reporting process improvements governance reviews and executive communications The individual acts as a central conduit between Change Incident Problem Management Engineering Technology Operations and Risk partners to ensure consistent execution of governance activities and continuous process improvement
The ideal candidate possesses strong project management organizational communication and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fastpaced technology environment

- Partner with Incident and Problem Managers to drive closure of governance deliverables and followup actions

- Drive meeting coordination documentation status reporting and stakeholder communications
- Maintain governance artifacts process documentation runbooks and procedures
- Track project milestones dependencies risks and issue resolution activities
- Support audit risk compliance and regulatory requests as needed
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate governance reporting and processes
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in Project Coordination PMO Technology Operations IT Governance Service Management or Program Support
- Experience coordinating crossfunctional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational and project tracking skills
- Experience creating executive reporting dashboards and presentations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel PowerPoint and Teams
