Job description

Certified Contractor Roles: Senior · Lead · Analyst
Initio Sphere Private Capital Ecosystemhttps://initiosphere.org

Compensation:
$50–$200/hour (based on Analyst Rating Score, credentials, and approvals)

About Initio Sphere

Initio Sphere is a full-service private capital ecosystem where institutional capital meets verified talent. We serve fund managers, institutional investors, family offices, and operators across private markets by integrating deal flow, institutional-grade analytics, investor relations support, training, and placement into a single platform.

Our mission is to deliver credibility, execution quality, and real earning potential for serious private capital professionals. Once verified, analysts gain immediate access to live institutional transactions and capital initiatives—without delays, speculative placements, or unpaid work.

Role Overview

Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Institutional Capital Analysts.

This is not a traditional employment role. Analysts operate as independent contractors and are activated through our certification, verification, and approval process.

Once approved, Institutional Capital Analysts:

  • Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform

  • Support institutional investors, fund managers, and capital allocators on live transactions

  • Perform institutional-grade analysis across deals, funds, and portfolios

  • Contribute to investment diligence, underwriting, and capital deployment support

  • Build a verified institutional deal track record and Analyst Rating Score

Certification tiers:
Senior Institutional Capital Analyst · Lead Institutional Capital Analyst · Institutional Capital Analyst / Associate

Analyst Levels & Pay RangesSenior Institutional Capital Analyst

Rating Score: 90–100
Pay: $150–200/hour
Typical Background:
Former investment banking, private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure, venture capital, or senior advisory professionals with 5+ years of institutional transaction or allocator-facing experience.

Lead Institutional Capital Analyst

Rating Score: 80–89
Pay: $100–150/hour
Typical Background:
Finance professionals with 3–5 years of experience supporting institutional investors, fund strategies, or complex transactions.

Institutional Capital Analyst / Associate

Rating Score: 60–79
Pay: $50–100/hour
Typical Background:
Entry to mid-level analysts with strong technical skills in financial modeling, valuation, and investment research.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Depending on certification approvals, Institutional Capital Analysts may be engaged for:

Institutional Investment Analysis & Valuation
  • 3-statement financial modeling

  • DCF, LBO, and institutional underwriting models

  • Commercial real estate underwriting (where applicable)

  • Sensitivity, scenario, and stress testing

  • Comparable company and precedent transaction analysis

  • Football field valuation summaries

Fund, Portfolio & Allocator Support
  • Fund-level return modeling and performance analysis

  • Portfolio exposure, concentration, and risk analytics

  • LP reporting and institutional investor materials

  • Capital deployment and pacing analysis

  • Benchmarking versus peer funds and market indices

Due Diligence & Transaction Support
  • Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis

  • Financial, commercial, and operational diligence

  • Risk assessment and downside protection analysis

  • Investment committee and allocator memo support

  • Data room review and institutional reporting analytics

Analysts may only perform work in categories they are approved for. Approvals are earned through assessment results and demonstrated performance—not tenure.

How Analysts Start Earning
  1. Complete the Institutional Capital Analyst Certification Assessment or approved training

  2. Receive category-specific approvals (Modeling, Valuation, Due Diligence, Fund & Portfolio Analytics)

  3. Get verified on the platform

  4. Begin earning immediately through hourly institutional engagements and live transactions

No cold applying. No unpaid “experience.” Verified analysts are actively matched with institutional investors, fund managers, and capital allocators.

Certification & Eligibility

To qualify, you must meet at least one of the following:

  • Score ≥70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment

  • Complete Initio Sphere Financial or Institutional Capital Training

  • Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)

Analyst Rating Score

Each Institutional Capital Analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score, which determines:

  • Platform visibility with institutional clients

  • Approved work categories

  • Recommended hourly rates

  • Eligibility for higher-value, allocator-facing engagements

Compensation & Deal Terms
  • Analysts are independent contractors, not employees

  • Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level

  • Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees

  • Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction

  • Payments issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection

  • Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality, performance, or compliance issues

Compliance Notice

Institutional Capital Analysts do not:

  • Provide investment advice

  • Solicit securities

  • Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated or broker-dealer capacity

All work is strictly limited to analytical, diligence, and financial support functions and must comply with applicable securities laws.

Why Join Initio Sphere
  • Immediate earning potential once verified

  • Real institutional deal flow—not simulations

  • Platform-driven promotion, credibility, and allocator visibility

  • Long-term upside through institutional exposure and repeat engagements

  • A single ecosystem for institutional capital, execution, and career growth
