The Facilities Technician will be responsible for turning over apartments for new tenants, performing drywall repair and patching, and undertaking light carpentry tasks. The role includes light electrical repairs as well as inspecting and testing appliances, plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and handling snow removal during the winter months.
Responsibilities

Work Environment
The Facilities Technician will work on-site at Rustic Village Apartments, the largest property in New York State with 1300 units. There are six total openings. The position operates on a first-shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Employees are required to have their own tools.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
