Hours: Full-Time, 8:30-5:00, M-F

Payler Wholesale Print Production is a wholesale printing company specializing in high-quality, large-format signage and graphics. We’re known for precision, speed, and exceptional service to our partners. As a growing company, we’re looking for a detail-driven, tech-savvy Pre-Press Specialist to join our production team.

Position Overview
The Pre-Press Designer plays a key role in preparing client artwork for print production. This role requires strong design and RIP software skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, adjust, and prepare customer files for large-format printing.

  • Ensure artwork meets specifications for size, bleed, color mode, and resolution.

  • Check for errors, missing fonts, and other potential production issues before sending to print.

  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure files are print-ready and meet quality standards.

  • Modify or correct artwork when necessary while maintaining the client’s design intent.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

  • Understanding of print production requirements (color profiles, bleed, resolution, file formats).

  • Previous experience in pre-press or print design (large-format preferred).

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
