Easily retrieve deliveries from Rinse facilities. No restaurants, and no riders to deal with!

Rinse Valet is a high-end service role built on precision, efficiency, and thoughtful route design. Valets retrieve and complete deliveries directly from Rinse facilities, with no restaurant pickups and no passenger riders. The work is streamlined, predictable, and designed for reliability.

This role is well-suited for individuals who value structured routes, operational excellence, and incorporating physical movement into a primary or secondary income stream.

All new Valets are expected to drive at least 3 weekend shifts in their first month of employment

Limited-time opportunity for new Valets:

Complete 10 routes within your first 14 days and receive a $250 bonus, in addition to regular wages, tips, and mileage reimbursement.

Training availability and onboarding slots are limited. Schedule your training and first shift soon to secure participation in this promotion.

  • Predictable delivery shifts between 7:00pm 10:30pm, scheduled according to your availability.
  • Pay starting at $19.18/hr.

  • Guaranteed hourly minimum (varies by market).
  • Driving expenses are reimbursed based on the current IRS standard mileage reimbursement rate. As a W-2 employee of Rinse, you'll receive a mileage reimbursement added to your paycheck to help cover gas and wear and tear on your vehicle. Plus, we reimburse for data usage, too!
  • W2 employee benefits: payroll taxes covered, up to 72 hours of Paid Sick Leave, and other benefits such as company credits for laundry and dry cleaning services and mobile data reimbursement.
  • Career advancement opportunities: many of our managers started out delivering as Valets.
