ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2016 and is a close-knit team of four. Before becoming an agent, I spent 22 years as a State Farm team member, which gave me a deep understanding of the business and a strong foundation in customer care and service excellence.
Giving back is a big part of what we do. I’m actively involved with Operation Warrior Resolution, supporting mental health and overall wellness, and work with the Sheriff’s Department on youth education initiatives. I also enjoy participating in local walks and runs and supporting community events.
For our team, we offer PTO, holiday pay, a birthday afternoon off, strong work-life balance, and licensing paid up front to support your growth.
Our office culture is laid back, supportive, and focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, takes pride in their work, and is committed to exceeding customer expectations. A friendly, personable approach is key—someone customers and teammates enjoy working with. If you care about doing things the right way and want to be part of a supportive team, this could be a great fit.
You May Be a Great Fit as a Multiline Representative at Tracey Ganner - State Farm Agent if:
  • You’re the person people call first when life goes sideways - calm, steady, and ready to help.
  • You genuinely care about your community and are dedicated to providing excellent service that makes a positive impact on the people around you.
  • You’re a natural relationship-builder who earns trust quickly and keeps it.
  • You listen first, then guide, making customers feel understood while confidently recommending solutions.
  • You’re motivated by goals and growth, and you know how to turn needs-based conversations into confident buying decisions that truly help customers.
Location Address: Bradenton, FL 34208
At Tracey Ganner - State Farm Agent, we’re here to help people protect what matters most. We take pride in serving our community with integrity, care, and real support. Whether we’re helping someone navigate a claim or personalize a plan, we believe in doing meaningful work that makes a difference. If you're looking to grow your career, help others, and be part of a team that strives to do good every day, you’ll fit right in with us.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
  • Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
  • Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
  • Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
