Right Hand Rhino | $70,000–$85,000+ | Full-Time.

This is not a retail or call-center sales job.

Right Hand Rhino is hiring an Orlando-based Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial window-cleaning business by selling recurring services to local storefronts, restaurants, and retail businesses.
You’ll sell a simple, proven service backed by an established brand and operations team. If you value autonomy, field sales, and results-based compensation, this role is a good fit.
What You’ll Do:
  • Prospect and close new B2B commercial accounts.
  • Swing 50 commercial doors a day.
  • Sell recurring window-cleaning services by walking into each business in your area.
  • Work assigned territories and self-source leads.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and referrals.
  • Coordinate with local operations.
  • Track activity using simple CRM tools.
  • This is an active, field-based sales role—not a desk job.

Compensation:
  • Base pay: $31,200/year.
  • 8% uncapped commission.
  • Performance bonuses.
  • Expected first-year earnings: $70,000–$85,000.

This Role Is a Good Fit If You:
  • Have B2B or field sales experience.
  • Are comfortable prospecting.
  • Manage your own time well.
  • Are motivated by commission and results.
  • Can travel locally in the Tampa metro area.
